Victoria Corley graduated from the University of Alabama in December of 2011, where she studied both public relations and art history. Her passion for art and media make for a unique outlook on the practices of public relations. Victoria treats her work much like Monet; every brushstroke, in her case a single word, is a personal touch in the large masterpiece that is her career.
Victoria began her professional career at The University of Alabama as a Communications Specialist for the Department of Human Resources. She hit the ground running, using her creative influences to successfully work on major projects such as developing new websites, learning and writing about Health Care Reform, and partnering with others in the department to brand, implement and communicate new online resources for UA employees. After a few years of working in Human Resources, her role was expanded to include other areas of Financial Affairs. Victoria became part of the Financial Affairs Information Technology team where she continues her role as Communications Specialist, helping with the unique communication and marketing needs of Human Resources, the UA Equestrian Team, Campus Mail and many others. Victoria has left ink both online and in print. During her time spent learning and working at The University of Alabama, she has developed a distinct graphic design style, along with a passion for understanding her audience and communicating to them clearly.
